This project explores a work made from metal, clay, and glass components, stacked in a flexible order that can change with each assembly. The weight and height of the sculpture are determined by the artist’s own height and strength. Designed for easy transport, the pieces can be assembled and disassembled by the artist without the need for tools. The sculpture embodies a metamorphosis, simultaneously representing an edible vegetable and a blossoming flower. Inspired by a banana plant seen during an inspiration trip to Bali, it reflects on the transportation of fruit from south to north, where stacking is meticulously planned to fit into a banana box.
