This project explores a work made from metal, clay, and glass components, stacked in a flexible order that can change with each assembly. The weight and height of the sculpture are determined by the artist’s own height and strength. Designed for easy transport, the pieces can be assembled and disassembled by the artist without the need for tools. The sculpture embodies a metamorphosis, simultaneously representing an edible vegetable and a blossoming flower, and delves into themes of genetics, DNA, and the process of growth, and is inspired by a pea plant.
